Just a reminder when uploading your videos please do not use your name on the video or within any of the description areas. If you would like to identify yourself throughout your videos please create an APPROPRIATE fitness name which you can be identified by.
There will be 5 total workouts posted Tuesday night at 9pm. You already know one from this teaser video. You will have until Jan 1, 2012 to submit your times and videos to the website in order to have your name ranked on the leaderboard. You may begin video taping and participating in these workouts as soon as you'd like. If you are unable to video please feel free to still participate however your scores will rank below those who submit videos and scores.
On Tuesday night there will be 5 different posts, one for each workout. Each post will explain the workout and have a brief video clip of how the workout is to be completed. After you have successfully completed the described workout submit your score and video link (URL) along with your appropriate fitness name in the comment section under that workout post. Scores and links will be added to the Winter Break Leaderboard Tab at the top of the website.
Good luck and feel free to ask others to join in the fun. If you would like to videotape more than one person in a frame that is totally fine. HAVE FUN!
