TRACK AND FIELD WORKOUT

The physical remains of the track and field workout.


However these remains are not the only thing left. Also left behind are the memories of muscle cramps, increased mental toughness, a boost in confidence, voices of teammates supporting and cheering for one another,  and the next day's muscle soreness walking through the halls.

It is truly Inspirational to watch each strength training class tackle this workout. Keep up the work through the semester. 

You guys are an Inspiration to ME!
