10 Minute Ladder
Add 1 rep to each exercise each round. Continue for 10 minutes attempting to reach the highest number of reps possible.
Burpee (chest must contact the floor, jump and clap hands above head)
Lay down stand up ( shoulder blades must contact floor and finish in full standing position, may only use 1 hand or no hands when attempting to stand, may not cross ankles)
Example: 1 burpee, 1 laydown stand up, 2 burpee, 2 ldsu, etc..... for 10 minutes.
