The Vertically Challenged Elf




For time:

50 burpee pull ups

(Start by touching your chest to the ground then jump to a bar pulling your chin over the bar)


Height of pull up bar: Standing at full extension the bar must be above your head. You must be able to walk under the bar without ducking.

*Must show clock or stopwatch starting at zero and show when finished.

  2. 253464--I got the 50 done in 4:38. Started off easy but it got harder as I went along, as is normal. I used my bed since I have a loft, when I have my arms at full extension standing up it comes to my wrists.
