In the last few week you've learned how to air squat. Your homework over the weekend and next week is to teach someone how to squat with correct form.

Lets review:

Feet shoulder width, weight in the heels

Chest up

Knees track the toes

Butt travels back and down

Bottom of squat(beach chair) hip crease below top of knee cap


(your squat should not resemble a dog going to the bathroom)
